Brain-Boosting Antioxidants
Pears and cranberries contain antioxidants that help protect brain cells and may support memory and cognitive health.
Gentle Natural Sweetness
The fruit provides sweetness without relying on added sugars, helping manage blood sugar levels.
Anti-Inflammatory Healthy Fats
Olive oil and optional nuts or seeds contribute healthy fats that support joints, heart health, and overall vitality.
Ideal Caregivers 4U Tip:
For seniors with very sensitive chewing needs, dice the pear into small cubes and soak dried cranberries in warm water for a few minutes to soften them before adding to the salad.
