Our Berry Yogurt Breakfast Parfait is not only beautiful and delicious, but it’s also packed with calcium, antioxidants, and fiber to support strong bones, brain health, and digestion.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or lactose-free option)
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup low-sugar granola or soft oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Mixed berries

Instructions

1️⃣ Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of a glass or small bowl.
2️⃣ Layer with banana slices, berries, and a sprinkle of granola or oats.
3️⃣ Add another layer of yogurt and repeat with remaining fruit and oats.
4️⃣ Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
5️⃣ Serve chilled for a refreshing morning boost!
