Turmeric, Fig & Honey Vanilla Yogurt Bowl
Serves 1
Ingredients
½ cup (125 ml) Activia vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon (15 mL) Turmeric powder
1 or 2 Figs, halved*
1 or 2 Strawberries, halved*
1 teaspoon (5 mL) Puffed quinoa**
½ tablespoon (7.5 mL) Honey
*can be substituted with any of your favourite fruit.
** If you don't have puffed quinoa, you can substitute it with any crunchy topping you have, such as sunflower seeds, granola, or oats.
Directions
In a bowl, add Activia vanilla yogurt and turmeric powder and mix well with a spoon until well blended.
Add figs and strawberries.
Add the puffed quinoa and the honey to garnish
