Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
3 Tbsp cacao powder
2–4 Tbsp honey, to taste
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp almond milk
fresh fruit – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
Directions
Remove the seed and peel from the avocados.
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process until everything well combined and smooth in texture, scraping the sides. Add a little more honey, to taste, if desired. Process until there are no clumps.
Serve in a bowl with fresh fruit.
