Instructions:

2. Warm up your hands: Before starting, gently warm up your hands and fingers by rubbing them together or soaking them in warm water. This will help to improve blood flow and ease any stiffness.


3. Choose your design: Think about what you would like to create with the clay. Keep it simple and manageable for your abilities. It could be a small bowl, a flower, or an abstract sculpture. The choice is yours!

6. Shape your design: Use your hands or clay sculpting tools to shape the clay into your desired design. Take your time and work slowly, applying gentle pressure. If you experience any pain or discomfort, take breaks or modify your technique as needed.


7. Smooth and refine: Wet your fingers or a sponge with water and gently smooth out any rough or uneven areas on your clay sculpture. This will give it a more polished and finished appearance.


8. Let it dry: If you are using air-dry clay, allow your sculpture to dry completely according to the instructions on the package. Depending on the thickness of the clay, this can take several hours or even a few days. If you are using polymer clay, follow the baking instructions provided on the package.


9. Optional: Paint or decorate: Once your clay sculpture is dry, you can choose to paint it or add decorative elements using acrylic paints, markers, or other suitable materials. Be sure to let any paint or decorations dry completely before handling or displaying your artwork.
