Today is #NationalMangoDay! A day to celebrate and honour one of the world's most-relished fruit! Starting in India, National Mango Day is celebrated annually on July 22nd. Often called the "King of Fruit", mangoes were first grown in India over 5,000 years ago. It is considered a symbol of love and a gesture of friendship when shared.


Not only is this fruit delicious and sweet to taste, but it is also versatile in meals, desserts, and even in folk health remedies (especially in its bark, leaves, and skin).
